When you submit a parts request or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
• ZIP code or general location information, where provided.
• Vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, engine, drivetrain, transmission, and VIN when you supply it.
• Requested-part information, including category, part name or number, condition preference, quantity, and body or color details.
• Free-text details and notes you choose to include.
• Photographs you upload with your request.

We use the information you provide to process, source, price, communicate about, and fulfill your parts request, and to carry out related customer-service, follow-up, and recordkeeping activities.

If you affirmatively opt in to text messages, we may send transactional and service-related messages about your parts request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can submit a parts request without it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers assisting us in delivering communications to you.

We use service providers necessary to operate the business. These currently include Supabase for application, database, and file-storage infrastructure, and GoHighLevel for customer relationship management and customer communications. These providers process information on our behalf in connection with your request.

We do not sell your personal information.

This website does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Photographs you upload are stored in our private storage configuration and are not published on a publicly listable location. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, email contact@newavenueauto.com. We will respond subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements.

This website and our services are not directed to children under 13.
